Refund Policy - the basics

At Weber Studios, we value the trust of our clients and strive to deliver high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Digital Products (Toolkits, Guides, and Downloads)
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items are considered final. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, we generally do not provide refunds. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical failure (e.g., duplicate purchases or file access errors).

  2. Workshops and Online Sessions

  • Cancellations requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 3–6 days before the session may receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  1. Consulting Services
    For one-on-one consulting, refunds may be available if requested before the delivery of the first session. Once services have started, refunds will not be issued, though rescheduling may be possible on a case-by-case basis.

  2. Exceptional Circumstances
    In rare situations (such as system errors, billing mistakes, or exceptional personal circumstances reviewed by our team), Weber Studios may consider partial or full refunds outside of the standard policy.

  3. How to Request a Refund
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email, including proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Our team will review the request and respond within seven business days.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consulting sessions

  • Digital toolkits or downloads already accessed

  • Gift cards or promotional items

By purchasing a product or service from Weber Studios, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
